Return & Exchange Policy
NO CASH REFUNDS
At Dastak, we maintain a No Cash Refund Policy.
You can request an exchange by sending us an email at info@shopdastak.com along with your Order ID.
Products can also be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are unused, unaltered, and have original tags and packaging intact along with the purchase receipt.
Please note that items purchased on sale, discount, or during promotional offers cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
COLOR & PRODUCT VARIATION
Due to differences in monitor/screen settings and lighting used during photography, the actual color or texture of the product may slightly vary from what appears on screen.
Therefore, products cannot be exchanged or refunded for color or texture variations.
However, if the received product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund.
REFUND POLICY
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy.
Refunds are only allowed in exceptional cases, such as:

If the product is out of stock after purchase.

If the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
In case of a credit card payment, refunds will be processed after the defected item is received and inspected by our team.
Please allow up to 15 working days from the time we receive the returned goods for the refund to reflect.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If any product purchased at full price later goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the discounted price.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international online orders.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that Beauty, Fragrance, and Custom-stitched items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Dastak reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason.
Customers will be notified via email in such cases.
Order inquiries will be entertained within 15 working days after order placement.
Claims or complaints regarding received orders will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
We take great care to ensure all items listed are available.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items to you. The shipped items will be listed on the Airway Bill for verification upon delivery.
If a missing item issue arises, you can contact our Customer Care team, and we will resolve it promptly at no extra charge.
PARTIAL REFUNDS / VOUCHERS
Partial refunds for orders placed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, UBL Omni, IBFT, or similar payment methods will only be issued as vouchers redeemable on our website, under the following conditions:

Product out of stock

Split order canceled by the customer

Refunds requested for a portion of a multi-package order
No cash or wallet refunds will be made in such cases.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to replace it, you may contact us at info@shopdastak.com within 10 days of the delivery date.
You can claim for return or exchange if:

The product is damaged, stained, defected, or incomplete.

The product is unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.

The received product does not match the size ordered.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN

Once approved by our Customer Support Team, you will be requested to send the parcel to our return address.
